Ingredients for Roti and Mutton curry
- › mutton (300) , aata (50 grams for two chapati ) , onion , tomato, oil (5-10 grams )
Method
1. 1 Add turmeric to the mutton and rub all over. Set aside
2. 2 Heat oil in a pressure cooker and saute fennel seeds, bayleaf, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. After that add onion and heat them till it become golden
3. 3 Add tomatoes, coriander powder, meat masala and salt and cook till it becomes a thick paste.
4. 4 add mutton and water and keep them in the lid
5. 5 once done then adjust seasoning and keep it resting for 15 mins before serving along with the chapati
6. 6 please note that i prepared with 1 kg of mutton but wrote 300 gram calories equivalent to a single meal.
