Ingredients for roti and mushroom ki sabzi
- › mushroom (200 gram ) onion 2 tomato 1 ginger ,garlic , , curd cumin seeds, chilli powder , coriander powder , garma masala , turmeric , salt , kastoori methi
1. 1 . add ginger ,garlic cloves ,chopped tomatoes , water soaked cashews ,curd (2 table spoon ) in a grinder and make paste . keep it aside.
2. 2 oil (2 tbs ) and add cumin seeds (1/2 tbs) and 2 onions saute them till they are properly cooked and become brown
3. 3 add chilli powder (1 tbs ), coriander powder (1 tbs), turmeric powder , garam masala (1/4 tbs), and saute them
4. 4 add the paste and mix them properly
5. 5 add mushroom , salt ,.little wate and cook them at low flames for 15-20 mins and add kastoori methi and mix well
6. 6 serve them along with 2 chappaties ( flour -50 grams )
