Ingredients for Roasted Nutrela with curd
- › Nutrela chunks - 30 Gms
- › Ghee - 10 gms
- › Curd - 15 gms
- › Chopped Vegetables - 100 Gms
- › Salt - 1 tsp
- › Black pepper- 1 tsp
- › Red chili - 1 tsp
- › Mango powder - 1 tsp
- › Turmeric - 1 tsp
Method
1. Heat 10 gms of ghee in a pan and roast Nutrela chunks for 2-3 minutes
2. Add green vegetable and cook under low heat for 2 minutes
3. Mix all spices/salt/pepper/turmeric/mango powder with curd and add little water. Stir and make a thick paste
4. Add paste with Nutrela and vegetable. Stir for 1 minute and your dish will be ready
