Ingredients for Ridge gourd pappu /dal
- › Toor Dal -30gm
- › Moong dal-30gm
- › onion
- › tomota
- › salt
- › turmeric
- › garlic
- › green chilli
- › jeera
- › ghee
- › mustard
- › curry leaves

1. Boil the both Dal in the cooker with 100gm of ridge gourd
2. Roast Green chilli about 6-7 piece ,garlic -8-10 cloves l ,Jeera, salt and make a paste of this..
3. Take a pan for seasoning add Ghee, mustard, Jeera, curry leaves, Hing, and the grind chilli paste add the Dal to this and add turmeric ,salt to taste bring it to boil.. Now the yummy n different tasty Dal is ready..
