Fresh Coconut - 15 grams

Water
Measure the Rice Rava in a glass and take double quantity water.
Dry Roast the Rava seperatly and let it cool.
Boil the water with a little salt.
When I starts boiling add the Rice Rava and stir it on slow flame till soft Doug is formed.
Add grated coconut and mix well.
Optional seasoning of mustard seeds, oil, curry leaves and chopped dry red chilly.
Make small round balls of the dough.
Steam it for mins.
