Whole Wheat flour -50g
Soyabean - 30g
Garlic paste - 1tsp
Salt & Pepper
Ghee - 10g
Zucchini - 100g
Salad Leaves
Cheese Slice - 1
Soak soyabean overnight, drain and pressure cook ten mins on high flame and then mins on slow flame
Add garlic paste and cooled soyabean and mash it
Cook it in a pan till it comes together and becomes thick
Make chapatis out of the whole wheat flour
Layer it with cheese slices and refried soyabean and fold it in half
Cook it with ghee on a pan. Flip it and cook again till cheese melts and chapati becomes crisp
With remaining ghee cook zucchini rounds in a pan. Serve it with salad leaves
