1tsp oil/ghee for tempering
1 green chilli finely chopped
Few Curry leaves
1tsp urad dal/chana dal
Lemon juice as per taste
Salt as per taste
Mustard seeds and hing for tempering
Heat the oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds.
Once it splutters add green chilli and urad dal.
Add hing and curry leaves
Add the raw papaya
Add salt and lemon juice
Cook Covered for minutes
The salad is ready
