Ingredients for Raw Banana Tawa Fry
- › Raw Banana 250 gm, Coconut oil 5 gm, Besan Flour 20 gm, Rice Flour 20 gm, some semolina 10 gm for coating, salt and spices. This recipe serves 2 people.
1. Cut raw banana into thick slices and keep aside.
2. Mix the flours with spices and make a thick paste.
3. Coat all the banana slices in this paste.
4. Take a tawa and lightly brush the tawa with coconut oil.
5. Coat the banana slices in the semolina and place it on the tawa.
6. Fry well on both sides.
