Ingredients for Rava Roti with veggies
- › Bombay Rava - 70 grams
- › onion - 30 grams
- › Grated Cucumber - 30 grams
- › Chilly
- › Salt
- › Curds - 1 table spoon
- › Coriander leaves.
1. Mix all ingredients with little water to make it into a thick lump.
2. Let it rest for 5-10 mins.
3. Heat pan on slow flame, Cover and cook on one side for 5mins.
4. Flip and cook on the other side for 5 mins.
5. You can use any veggies of your choice.Eg Carrot, Bottle gourd Tomato.
6. If you have a good non stick pan you don't even need oil!
