Coriander leaves.
Mix all ingredients with little water to make it into a thick lump.
Let it rest for - mins.
Heat pan on slow flame, Cover and cook on one side for mins.
Flip and cook on the other side for mins.
You can use any veggies of your choice.Eg Carrot, Bottle gourd Tomato.
If you have a good non stick pan you don't even need oil!
