Ingredients for Rassam Rice
- › rice 30gm
- › corn 15gm
- › ghee 5gm
- › jaggery 5gm
- › tamarind 10gm
- › red chilli powder , turmeric, sambhar masala
- › veggies of your choice, tomato, capsicum, Onion, corn
Method
1. In a pressure cooker heat ghee add tempering
2. add onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot , corn, dry spices , salt to taste
3. add rice, good amount of water so that rice is liquid in consistency, Jaggery and tamarind pulp, pressure cook
4. Enjoy!!!
