Ingredients for Rajma stuffed Paratha
- › Rajma
- › Onion
- › Salt
- › Chilli powder
- › Any spice of your choice
1. Take boiled rajma and dry it and then mash it.
2. Add onion(optional), spices
3. Take a dough and stuff it in.
4. Roll the stuffed dough
5. Add the flatten paratha to a pan
6. Apply ghee/butter/oil on both side and cook until done
7. Here I have used 10gm Rajma and 30gm Wheat flour and 5gm Ghee.
