Ingredients for RAJMA + RICE
- › "SOYA RICE Rice- 30gm Soya granules- 30gm Oil- 5gm Spices of your choice
- › "RAJMA" Rajma- 300gm Soya granules (grind into powder)- 10gm Oil- 5gm Onion/Tomato/garlic/ginger- 100gm Spices of your choice
Method
1. 1. Boil and drain rice, let them cool - Soak soya granules and wring out the water. - Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, add spices of your choice. - Mix rice and soya granules together, cook for a while. "SOYA RICE IS READY"
2. 2. Soak rajma, boil it. Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, garlic, ginger, tomato. Add spices of your choice. - Add soya powder (it will thicken your gravy) - Add boiled rajma, cook for a while. "YOUR RAJMA IS READY" Note: I cook for more people. So, I divide the oil among all.
