Soak Rajma for - hours . Add salt and pressure cook Rajma for whistles and add salt . Heat gms ghee in a pan and add chopped ginger, tomatoes, green chilies. . Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. . Stir well all the ingredients and cover the lid and let it cook for minutes on a low flame. . Add boiled Rajma and stir well. . Add water, coriander powder. . Boil the same for minutes on a high flame. . And it’s done! Transfer the same to serving bowl. . Sprinkle with coriander leaves.
