Ingredients for Ragi roti
- › Ragi flour- 50 gms
- › Ghee- 2 gms
- › water - 50 ml appx
- › Salt pinch
- › Makes 2 rotis
1. 1. Bring water to boil in an open pan. Add the salt and let it dissolve. stir.
2. 2. Put the flour in the boiling water. Stir and mix well. Lower the flame and close lid. Switch off gas after a minute. Let it stay for few minutes.
3. 3. Scoop out contents in plate. In warm state, add little ghee and water spoonfuls,if needed and make a soft dough.
4. 4. Roll and roast normally.
5. 5. Serve hot with little bit ghee, since the nutrients get absorbed properly, if taken with fat(ghee).
6. 6. Have it with any accompaniment of your choice! I had them with paneer bhurji and dal 😀
