Ingredients for Ragi oats idli
- › Ragi flour :40gms
- › Oats flour:30gms
- › Salt as oer taste
- › Baking soda :1/4 tsp
Method
1. Steps: 1. Mix ragi flour, oats flour , salt and baking soda 2. Beat well/ whisk well until no lumps left 3. Pour it in to idli maker 4. Steam it for 10 mins max 5. Serve with any side side dish, sambar, chutney of your choice
