Ingredients

Ragi - 80grams

Rice - 40 grams

Urad dal - 30 grams

Soya Seeds - 25 grams

Methi Seeds - 15grams

Poha (Thick) - 10 grams

Method

Step 1

Wash and soak all of the above expect poha for - hours.

Step 2

Wash and soak poha for mins.

Step 3

Grind all of the above to a fine paste with water.

Step 4

Add salt as per taste.

Step 5

Let the batter rest for - hours.

Step 6

If you use a good non stick pan you don't even need oil for this Dosa.
