Ingredients

1. Quinoa 30gm 2. Red Lentil 30gm 3. Mix veggies (carrot, tomato, yellow pepper, cabbage, 1 garlic clove, ginger) 100gm 4. Onion 50gm 5. Ghee 10gm 6. Salt n pepper as taste 7. Water as needed

Method

Step 1

Wash and add all ingredients to cooker . Pressure cook for whistles . Once Pressure releases, give a good stir . Adjust water, salt, pepper as per taste and warm again . Serve hot with fresh coriander, bread or as it is !! Let me know how do you like it?
