Ingredients for Quinoa Red Lentil (Masoor Dal) Soup
- › 1. Quinoa 30gm 2. Red Lentil 30gm 3. Mix veggies (carrot, tomato, yellow pepper, cabbage, 1 garlic clove, ginger) 100gm 4. Onion 50gm 5. Ghee 10gm 6. Salt n pepper as taste 7. Water as needed
1. 1. Wash and add all ingredients to cooker 2. Pressure cook for 3 whistles 3. Once Pressure releases, give a good stir 4. Adjust water, salt, pepper as per taste and warm again 5. Serve hot with fresh coriander, bread or as it is !! Let me know how do you like it?
