Ingredients for Quinoa Lentil Dosa
- › Quinoa 30gm
- › Lentil (mix Urad, red lentil) 30gm
- › Salt, turmeric, chillies
Method
1. 1. Wash and Soak Quinoa + lentils 6-10 hrs 2. Grind soaked Quinoa + lentil mixture, keep for fermentation for 10-12 hrs 3. Add salt, turmeric, chillies , little bit water if necessary. 4. Make Dosa (2 dosas with above quantity) 5. Serve with veggies/sambar/chutney/cheese Njoy your meal !
