Lentil (mix Urad, red lentil) 30gm

Salt, turmeric, chillies

Method

Step 1

Wash and Soak Quinoa + lentils - hrs . Grind soaked Quinoa + lentil mixture, keep for fermentation for - hrs . Add salt, turmeric, chillies , little bit water if necessary. . Make Dosa ( dosas with above quantity) . Serve with veggies/sambar/chutney/cheese Njoy your meal !
