add oil ( gram), bay leaf , cumin seeds add onion, ginger, garlic till they soften and become light brown . after that add some chopped tomato , chopped carrot ( gr) and frozen peas ( gr) cook them for ,- mins . add quinoa ( gr), moong daal ( gr) , masoor daal ( gr) and turmeric powder . keep adding water so that it become thin khichdi one or two whistle would be enough for the cooking we can have it with boiled eggs
