Quinoa & Dalia (bulgar wheat) Mixed : 35gm Note: soak in hot water overnight

Palak : 200gms chopped

Paneer grated : 30gms

Cumin seeds

Oil within macros

Turmeric powder :pinch

Green chillies : 2:optional

Lemon juice :1 spoon

Corriander leaves chopped for dressing

Method

Step 1

STEPS: .Heat pan .Add oil, cumin seeds , green chillies , let it splutter . Add onions & palak chopped . Saute well till soft . Add soaked Quinoa & Bulgar wheat .keep sauting till everything is soft . Add turmeric powder pinch . Mix well . Add grated paneer . Mix well . Add lemon juice . Mix well . Dress with corriander leaves and serve Hot
