Ingredients for Pumpkin Chips
- › Raw Pumpkin 100gm
- › Ghee 5gm
- › Salt to taste
Method
1. Cut pumpkin chips in desire shape
2. Apply salt on pumpkin chips
3. Heat non stick pan or any tawa and put pumpkin chips on hot pan apply some ghee and allow them to cook from both side
4. Keep flipping after 1 minute for even cooking
5. It took me 10 minutes from cutting to finish cooking them.
