Ingredients for Protein packed Paneer barfi
- › Paneer - 200 g
- › Chocolate Whey -1 scoop
- › Unflavored whey - 1 scoop
- › sugar - 30
- › milk powder -30
- › erythritol to taste ( I didn't use in this recipe)
- › cardemom powder -1/3 tsp
Method
1. Crumble paneer using mixer/grinder
2. Heat a pan and cook the crumbled paneer for a min
3. add sugar, cardemom powder and milk powder. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 min
4. Divide the mix into two parts- Add chocolate Whey in one part and unflavored whey in second part. Mix everything together
5. tranfer into a try/plate and garnish with some chopped dry fruits
6. let it at set for few min and enjoy 😊
