- › 40gms rava/suji/samolina 5gms butter/ghee/oil 50gms paneer 1 teaspoon chopped onion n tomato Salt n green or red chilli to taste
1. 1. Take a pan and heat 2. Pour the oil 3. You can roast rava n paneer if u like before and if you habe more quantity of oil in your diet chart 4. Add cumin seeds, onion, tomatoe 5. Turmeric n green chillies salt as per ur taste 6. Add rava n paneer. mix well 7. Pour 1 cup hot water and let it cook 8. Upma isbready to serve hot in 5mins
