Ingredients

100 gms of Wheat Flour

100 gms of grated Beetroot

100 gms of grated Panneer

1 green chilli

1 piece of garlic

Finely chopped/coarsely grinded little coriander leaves

Little salt

Little pepper

Method

Step 1

Make a dough using wheat flour

Step 2

Make a small ball from the mixture of panneer,beetroot,chilli,garlic,corainder leaves,salt and pepper

Step 3

Take a portion of a dough and make into a circle

Step 4

Place a ball of stuffing inside the circle and fold the edges

Step 5

Now gently roll it and even it out

Step 6

Make hot parathas using ghee and serve it hot with green chutny or Tea
