Ingredients for Protein Barfi
- › whey protein (extra milk chocolate flavour)
- › Milk
- › Vinegar
1. Boil milk and add vinegar to prepare chhana. Don't dry out all the moisture.
2. Take 55gm of chhana and half scoop of whey protein in a bowl and mix it well.
3. Take a small portion of the mixture and with the help of your finger, give it a Barfi shape. Transfer the Barfis in a separate plate and refrigerate for one hour.
