Ingredients for Protein Aloo prantha
- › Soya chunks 30g
- › Wheat flour 40g
- › Potato 10g
- › Ghee 5g
- › Salt
- › Green chilli
- › Garam masala
- › Amchoor
Method
1. 1.Grind soya chunks and knead wheat flour,chunks powder,ore boiled potato mashed salt,chilli,amchoor,Garam masala together to form a dough
2. Make balls of the dough and roll in desired shape
3. Shallow fry and enjoy with curd as per macros
