Prawns - 100 gms
Rice - 50 gms
Onion - 1 medium sized
Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tbsp
Oil- 5 gms
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli - 1/4 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tbsp
Salt - as per taste

Marinate prawns with salt , turmeric and red chilli . In a pan (kadhai) add gms of oil, finely chopped onion and sauté it till it gets translucent . Add the marinated prawns and sauté it and let it cook for mins . In a meanwhile wash gms of rice and drain the water. . Add it to the pan and sauté again . adjust the salt, add garam masala and finely chopped coriander, sauté for a minute . Add water just enough to cover the mixture in the pan,steer the mixture and cover wit a lid . If you would like, you can squeeze a slice of lemon once it is finally cooked Your delicious prawns pulav is ready & enjoy it hot 👍
