Ingredients for Prawns Fried Rice
- › Prawns- 250 gm
- › Rice - 70 gm
- › Egg - 1
- › Ghee- 10 gm
- › Beans,Capsicum,carrot,onion,garlic - finely chopped
- › Piri Piri Sauce or Sriracha Sauce or Schezwan Sauce - Any one
Method
1. Saute Prawns in a separate prawn
2. cook egg separately
3. Add Onion,garlic and other chopped veggies to a pan and cook at high flame for 5 mins
4. Add soya sauce,vinegar and one of the sauces mentioned above to the veggies. I used Piri Piri Sauce.
5. Add Steamed Rice, egg and prawns and cook for 5 mins at high flame
