Ingredients for Peanut Butter Rusk & Coffee
- › Suji Rusk - 50 gram
- › Peanut Butter - 40 gram
- › Milk (for coffee) - 200 ml
- › Coffee Powder - as per taste
1. Take Suji rusk as per your choice.
2. Take some peanut butter of your favourite brand and apply on Suji Rusk
3. Prepare coffee by boiling milk, and adding coffee to the same. Add stevia as per taste.
4. Serve both the food items well and have 1 hour before your workout.
