Paneer - 50g Bread Slices - 2pcs (approx 40-50g depending on brand) Carrot, Capsicum - 1sq inch each Butter - 2g Coriander leaves - as much required (I barely used 2-3 finger length strands) Salt - to taste Pepper - to taste
Finely chop carrot, capsicum, coriander leaves. . Mash paneer, mix in the chopped veggies. . Add in condiments . Place mixture on one slice. Cover with the other. Make a sandwich. . Apply butter on outer sides of the sandwich bread and toast.
