Ingredients for Paneer Soya stir fry #FITTRMasterchef
- › ▪ 5gm ghee
- › ▪ 105gm paneer
- › ▪ 10gm soya chunks
- › ▪ 50gm onion
- › ▪ 50gm tomatoes
- › ▪ 150gm capsicum
- › ▪ 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- › ▪ 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- › ▪ 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
- › ▪ 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- › ▪ 1 teaspoon chilly powder
- › ▪ lemon juice
- › ▪ chopped coriander leaves
- › ▪ salt
Method
1. ❒ Boil soya chunks. Squeeze out the water from the boiled soya chunks and keep them aside.
2. ❒ Heat ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds, and cumin seeds and let them splutter.
3. ❒ Add chopped onion, and capsicum. Sauté until onion becomes golden.
4. ❒ Add tomatoes. Add turmeric, chilly, and coriander powder. Mix well and add soya chunks and salt.
5. ❒ Drizzle some water and cover the pan with a lid. Cook for 5 mins. Check-in between, add water if required, and mix it well.
6. ❒ Add paneer. Mix well and let it cook for 5 mins. Keep stirring it in between. Add water if required.
7. ❒ Turn off the flame. Squeeze some lemon and add coriander leaves.
8. ❒ Enjoy as an appetizer or with rice/roti/bread/millets.
