Ingredients for Paneer Stuffed Prontha (Prantha)
- › Paneer - 150 gram
- › Wheat flour - 100 gram
- › Butter - 70 gram
- › Ghee - 10 gram
Method
1. Make pronthas - Kneed the wheat flour. From 30-35 gram you can make one prantha. Add 50 gram paneer and also add some masalas as per your choice.
2. Make butter - from home made malai, make the home made makhan . You can use cold water if the place where you live is hot place. Pour malai in mixy. Pour some cold water. Mix it for 2-3 minutes untill the consistency of butter comes.
3. Serve in plate - Take a nice plate and serve both food items as you see in step 1 and step 2. You can have kadak tea with this for extra taste.
4. Enjoy the food and feel like heaven.
