Ingredients for Paneer Paratha
- › Wheat Flour 40 gms, Paneer 50gms
- › Ghee 5gm, Ajwain seeds a pinch
- › Salt to taste
1. Knead Wheat flour and keep aside.
2. Crumble Paneer and add Salt and Ajwain seeds.
3. Roll out kneaded flour, stuff with the Paneer filling , roll till required size, Roast on a heated griddle using the ghee to grease it slightly on both sides while roasting.
