Ingredients for Paneer Kaju Sandesh/ FITTRMasterchef2
- › Paneer 50gm
- › Almonds + Cashew 5gm
- › Black raisins 5gms
- › Double toned milk 25ml
- › Chocolate flavour whey (optional for serving)
- › Sugarfree/ stevia 2 pellets
Method
1. In a blender, add the paneer, 10 ml milk, 1-2 pc of cashew and sugarfree. Mix all together. It will become cream like texture.
2. Take the mixture out and mould in desired (round here) shape. Put a few broken nuts outside the shape.
3. Make a small groove in the centre of the shapes. Put in black raisins in there. Quickly transfer the sandesh into the fridge. Keep for 10-15 mins
4. In a bowl, mix remaining milk and whey.
5. In a serving plate, first lay the bed of milk& whey mix. Now take out the sandesh from fridge and place over it. Garnish with additional raisins and chopped almonds. Enjoy and satiate your sweet buds.
