Paneer-100gm

Salt , chat masala, Zeera powder, Chilli powder, Garam masala - as per taste

Besan - 10gms

Ghee -10gms

Method

Step 1

Add all the masalas to the panner

Step 2

Add Besan and little water to panner and marinate for about mins

Step 3

Add ghee to the pan and add marinated panner to the pan and roast it till it is brown and serve.
