Rice 40 gm

Paneer 30 gm

Oil 10 gm

Veggies of choice 100 gm

Soya sauce and tomato sauce half tsp

Garam masala

Corriander powder

Method

Step 1

Pre-cook your rice

Step 2

heat oil in a pan

Step 3

add onion and rest of the veggies, i used carrots, cauliflower and capsicum

Step 4

fry for mins

Step 5

add paneer amd mix well

Step 6

add seasonings spices and sauces altogether

Step 7

in the end add rice, mix everything cover it for mins

Step 8

garnish with corriander leaves
