Pre-cook your rice
heat oil in a pan
add onion and rest of the veggies, i used carrots, cauliflower and capsicum
fry for mins
add paneer amd mix well
add seasonings spices and sauces altogether
in the end add rice, mix everything cover it for mins
garnish with corriander leaves
