Wheat Flour 40gms Capsicum 1 Paneer 50gms Curd 100 ml
First take whole wheat Chapathis and keep aside. In a kadai add ml of ghee and satue panner and capsicum. Sprinkle your favourite spices and toss them for mins. Put the paneer and capsicum in the chapati and roll it tightly. I have added some shredded cabbage but it’s optional. Enjoy your Kathi Roll.
