Ingredients for Paneer Curry Leave Sandwich
- › Paneer: 60 gm
- › Onion: 25 gm
- › Fresh curry leaves: Handful
- › Salt: To taste
- › Green chilli, to taste: Half
- › Turmeric: 1/3 tsp
- › Ginger: 1/4 inch
- › Jeera powder, roasted: 1/3 tsp
- › Black pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
- › Amchur powder: 1/4 tsp
- › Bread: 2 Slices
- › Butter: 5 gm
- › Cucumber: 30/40 gm
- › Tomatoes: Few slices or 20 gm
Method
1. 1. Coarse grind paneer, fresh and washed curry leaves, onion, ginger, green chillies, amchur powder, salt, turmeric, jeera powder, black pepper powder.
2. 2. Apply the filling on one slice of bread.
3. 3. Cover the filling with cucumber and tomato slices, followed by the other bread slice.
4. 4. Apply butter on the outside of both bread slices.
5. 5. Toast on both sides till golden brown.
