Ingredients for Paneer Chilli Dry
- › Paneer 200g
- › Tomato 100g
- › Capsicum 100g
- › Onion 100g
- › Ginger 15g
- › Garlic 10g
- › Green chilli 6g
- › Oil 5g
Method
1. Grind tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilli to make paste
2. Saute Paneer
3. Saute Capsicum and Onion (half cook them)
4. Add all ingredients together, add salt and red chilli to taste, cook for 2min
