Ingredients for paneer chana rice
- › Paneer 75 gm
- › Black chana 30 gm
- › Rice 30 gm
- › Oil 10 gm
- › 2 onion, 1 tomato, curry leaves
Method
1. Tawa paneer Take tawa, put 5 gm oil, add jeers onion curry leaves and let it roast, add one cut tomato, addd salt turmeric chili powder, then add 75 gm paneer and let it cook in slow. Flame it give flavor like of tandoori paneer
2. For masala chana Boil 30 gm chana Make masala of onion tomato , add boiled chana, curry leaves, add spices as per choice I added chole masala
3. Simply boil rice in pressure cooker
