Ingredients for paneer capsicum chana chaat
- › Capsicum (50-70gm)
- › Paneer 100gm
- › Green chili 1 medium size
- › Salt as per taste
- › Red chilli powder 1/4 tea spoon
- › Turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon
- › White chana 30 gm
- › Onion one small
- › Tomato one small
- › Butter 7gm
- › Lemon 1
- › Chaat masala as per taste
Method
1. In a non stick fry pan add 5-7 gms of butter and roast the paneer in it After paneer becomes golden brownish remove it from the pan Add all the veggies ( onion , tomato, green chilli, capsicum,coriander leaves ) in the remaining butter on the pan and stir them well Now add salt turmeric powder and red chilli powder and sauté them all well After 2-4 min of sauté add boiled chana(soak chana for atleast 7-8 hours , or if possible overnight )into it and again sauté for 1 min After this add the roasted paneer And stir all of them well in low flame Now turn off the stove add lemon juice and chaat masala for taste. And enjoy!!!
