Paneer 100 gm

potato 100 gm

atta 60 gm

onion 1 medium

tomato 1 medium

ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon

ghee/oil 15gm

salt,red chilli powder,turmeric,corainder powder,jeera powder & Kashmiri mirch powder

Method

Step 1

Add ghee to a cooker followed by finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown Add ginger garlic paste and cook for mins Add chopped tomatoes and cook for mins Add spices mentioned above Add potato and garlic bulb and cook for mins Add small cup water and cook for whistle at high flame and whistle on low flame

Step 2

Add paneer and cook for mins without the lid. Garnish with corainder/kasoori methi

Step 3

Serve with paratha/roti/rice
