Chicken Breast 120gm
Spinach 70gm
Garlic raw 5gm
Ginger raw 5gm
Tomato 45gm
Onions 30gm
Ghee 12gm
Garam masala Powder 2gm
Green Chilli 2gm
Wash Spinach and let it boil in water for minutes. After boiling, strain the spinach and keep the spinach water aside.
Put Boiled spinach, tomato, onion, garlic, ginger, green Chilli in a mixer and make it a smooth paste.
Heat a pain with gm ghee and then add cumin seeds. Add chicken and pinch of salt in it. Cook till the meat get soften.
Once chicken breast get soften add Spinach paste, little more salt, turmeric, garam Masala powder and cook it for mins.
Add ml leftover spinach boiled water in it and let it cook for a min. lastly add gm left ghee over it. Now Eat It 😋
