Ingredients for Palak Paneer brinjal Rice
- › brown Rice
- › paneer
- › coconut oil
- › palak and brijal
- › onion
- › tomato
1. Fry panner with 10 gms of coconut oil for 2-3 minutes then take only panner out without oil from the pan and keep it aside. Add onion to same pan and fry for 3-4 minutes and add tomato cook for 3 minutes. Boil brinjal and palak before and add it to the pan once cooked . later add a pinch of tumeric powder, chill powder and salt as per taste. once completed add the cooked rice and mix it well.
