Spinach - 1 cup Kabuli Chana - 0.5 cup (boiled) Boiled Corn - 3 tbsp Black Olives - 3-4 chopped Capsicum - 0.5 chopped Green Chilli/Jalapeño - 1 finely chopped Green Grapes - 2-3 pieces cut in halves Low Fat Yogurt/Curd - 80 gram (runny consistency) Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Mix everything together and top with a dressing of low fat yogurt, salt and pepper. Serve cold.
