Poha :60gms
Mixed veggie of your choice :200gms
Fresh Orange juice : 50ml
Green chilli :3-4 (adjust as per your spice levels :i have used more as wanted to keep it spicy with orange juice)
Cumin seeds
Oil/ghee:3gms
Almond flakes :3gms :optional
Corriander leaves chopped : Few strands
Onion:45gms
Chilli powder :optional :1/4tsp
Turmeric powder
Steps: . Heat pan . Add oil . Add cumin seeds and green chillies . Let it splutter , add onions and saute till translucent . Now add the mixed veggies and saute well . Add salt as per taste . Saute till veggies are soft . Add turmeric powder and chilli powder and saute well . Now wash poha well and add poha . Saute well . Once poha is ready . Add orange juice gradually and keep sauting .make sure your poha is dry and dont turn soggy, keep on low flame for a min or two . Once you finish serve hot and enjoy
