Oats- Rava appam gms oats, gms suji, spoon curd, and garlic- ginger paste, desired vegetables ( I took peas, palak, caroot, onion, tomato, coriander)with in macros, and braking soda one pinch( u can avoid this) .......keep it aside for - mins..... grease pan with ml oil and put batter in it..... oats appum is ready.😋
