- › oats 60 gms paneer 70 gms besan 50 gms veggies of your choice like onion, spinach, cauliflower can be added salt as per taste baking soda 1 pinch green chilly finely chopped 1pc red chilly powder 1 tsp carrom seed 1 tsp fennel seeds 1 tsp black pepper 0.5 tsp coriander 2 tbsp
1. step 1. grind oats in mixer . take a bowk and add besan and other dry ingredients and mix well step 2. add veggies and paneer and mix with water and make a batter like pakoda . add coriander leaves step 3 . take a non stick tawa. heat the tawa and drop the batter on tawa like pakoda and slightly flatten them with help of spoon step 4 . turn the side of pakodas when cook from one side . and cook them till turn crispy sprinkle some chat masala on it and step 5. take out and enjoy tasty pakodas i rainy mood with dhaniya pudina chutney and tomato sauce if you want to. not adding macros of veggies
