Ingredients for oats paneer chilla
- › oats 30gm
- › sooji 20gm
- › curd 25gm
- › salt as per taste
- › onion 10gm
- › tomatoes 20gm
- › paneer 25gm
- › roasted cumin and chilli powder as preffered
- › green chillies finely chopped 1
1. mix oats/ sooji and curd and keep aside for 10min. add finely chopped onion, tomatoes and green chillies, jeera/ chilli powder, salt and mix well. Heat the pan, spread the ghee and pour the batter, top it with grated paneer, cook in medium heat. serve hot. Can add other grated veggies like capsicum, carrots or beetroots if available.
