Ingredients for oats Mix Dal Chilla
- › mix Dal 40 gm
- › oats 35 gm
- › 1 green chill
- › 1 spoon Ginger Garlic paste
- › salt to tast
Method
1. soak Dal Overnight
2. add oats 5 mins before cooking
3. grind Soak Dal and Oats along with Green Chilli in mixer for make smooth batter(add water if required)
4. add ginger Garlic paste an salt to batter
5. heat pan add 1 gm of Oil
6. Put Batter on Pan and cook on both side just like Dosa
